摘要
针对原环缝自动焊机步进电机控制系统存在的问题,提出采用单片机作为控制核心,改进、升级控制系统,通过软硬件设计相结合方式,合理编程,增加输入和显示装置,实现正反转控制功能,提高环缝自动焊机的控制精度、焊接质量和工作稳定性。
To be direct against problems of the original automatic girth welding stepper motor control system, this paper presents a method of upgrading the system. Utilizing SCM as a control core, it is a combination of hardware and software design methods. Through proper programming, and with the input and display devices added, it achieves positive reverse control, and improves the precision of controlling, weld quality, and stability.
