摘要
通过对测量电机定子线棒绝缘介质损耗(tanδ)的三电极系统的结构分析,建立了介质损耗测量电极系统的电路模型。在此基础上计算了各影响参数与线棒的介质损耗之间的关系。结果表明,测量电极与保护电极之间的间距、测量电极与保护电极之间的表面电阻率、主绝缘厚度、主绝缘的相对相容率均与线棒的介损有关,同时该理论计算值与试验结果的趋势具有较好的一致性。
By the analysis of actual structure of three-electrode measurement system for dissipation factor(tanδ)of stator bar, corresponding circuit model is established to calculate the relationship between different characteristic parameters and dissipation factor of main insulation of stator bar. The result shows: dissipation factor is dependent on some factors which include distance of measuring electrode and guard electrode, surface resistivity between measuring electrode and guard electrode, the thickness of main insulation and dielectric constant. Meanwhile, the calculated values have a good coherence with test results.
