摘要
毛泽东为代表的中国共产党人,以马列主义为指针,在长期的革命与建设实践中,形成了以发展的起点、发展的主客体、战略和目的、政策及其策略、动力和保障、方向和定位、发展的灵魂为主要内容的毛泽东发展观体系。它有基本理论,也有指导原则,还有可操作性很强的应用体系,是一个完整的科学体系。
