土壤干旱下济麦21叶片生理特性的动态变化 被引量:1

Effect of soil drought on the dynamic changes of physiological characteristies in Jimai21 leaves

摘要 通过盆栽试验对土壤干旱条件下济麦21幼苗期、拔节期、扬花期和灌浆期脯氨酸含量、可溶性糖含量、膜透性、POD活性和总叶绿素含量的动态变化进行了初步研究.结果表明,不同水分处理下,脯氨酸、可溶性糖含量和总叶绿素含量在不同生长发育时期的动态变化趋势基本一致,幼苗期到拔节期急剧增大,拔节期之后均呈下降趋势;质膜透性从幼苗期到灌浆期均呈上升趋势;POD活性从幼苗期到灌浆期均呈下降趋势.随干旱胁迫的加剧,脯氨酸、可溶性糖含量、质膜透性和POD活性均显著高于正常水分.不同水分处理的总叶绿素含量在幼苗期没有差异,干旱胁迫处理的总叶绿素含量在拔节期、扬花期和灌浆期均显著降低. Dynamic changes were dealed with in the contents of proline,soluble sugar and total chlorophyll,membrance permeability and POD activity of Jimai21 during seedling stage,jointing stage,flowering stage and filling stage under soil drought.The results showed that there was the same tendency between the praline content,the soluble sugar content and total chlorophyll content from seedling stage to filling stage.Above three contents all increased from seedling stage to jointing stage and then decreased.The membrance permeability increased from seedling stage to filling stage.The POD activity decreased from seedling stage to filling stage.With the enchanced soil drought,the contents of praline and soluble sugar,membrance permeability and POD activity were significantly higher than that of normal soil water content.There was no obvious difference between total chlorophyll content under different soil water during seedling stage.The total chlorophyll content under soil drought was significantly lower than that of normal soil water during jointing stage,flowering stage and filling stage.
