摘要
[目的]研究枇杷叶挥发油化学成分。[方法]用水蒸气蒸馏法得到挥发油,运用GC-MS技术,结合计算机检索对其具体化学成分进行分析和鉴定,用峰面积归一化法计算各个组分的相对含量。[结果]已经鉴定组分共47个,占流出组分总量的86.33%。含量较高的组分有β-倍半水芹烯(4.14%)、异桉叶油(5.07%)、环己酮(5.25%)、顺-3-己烯-1-醇(5.30%)、香叶烯D(5.35%)、10,10-二甲基-2,6二(亚甲基)-双环[7.2.0]十一烷(7.95%)、水杨酸甲酯(11.72%)等。[结论]GC-MS法分析、鉴定枇杷叶挥发油化学成分,技术简单易行,操作简便,为枇杷叶的深入开发提供了基础科学信息。
[Objective]The aim was to study the components of volatile oil from leaves of Eriobotrya japonica(Thunb.) Lindl.[Method]The essential oil was obtained by steam distillation.According to GC-MS technology,and combining with computer retrieval,the specific chemical composition was separated and identified.The relative content of each component was determined by peak area normalization.[Result]Forty-seven volatile compounds were isolated and identified,which accounted for 86.33% of the total oil.The main compounds with higher contents were as follows: β-sesquiphellandrene(4.14%),iso-eucalyptus oil(5.07%),cyclohexanone(5.25%),cis-3-hexene-1-alcohol(5.30%),Myrcene D(5.35%),10,10-dimethyl-2,6-bi(methylene)-bicyclo undecane(7.95%),salicylic acid methyl ester(11.72%)and so on.[Conclusion]GC-MS analysis was used to identify the chemical components of volatile oil from leaves of Eriobotrya japonica(Thunb.) Lindl,which had the characteristics as follows: easily operative technology and easy and simple to handle,all those provided the basic science information for the deep development of the leaves of Eriobotrya japonica(Thunb.) Lindl.
