摘要
目的三年不同护理，对尿管拔除后排尿功能之影响。方法对留置导尿管患者按需放尿的办法，并将利多卡因注入尿道，且与传统的定放尿方法进行效果比较。结果按需放尿法可减少拔管后排尿异常之发生率。结论按需放尿法优于传统定时放尿法。
Objective Three different care, urinary function after removal of the catheter effect. Methods Patients with indwelling catheter approach to demand release of urine, and lidocaine into the urethra, and the release of urine with the traditional method of fixed effect of comparison. Results The method can reduce demand release of urine voiding dysfunction after extubation, the incidence rate. Conclusion The on-demand release of urine method was superior to the traditional method timed release of urine.
