肌醇磷脂信息传递系统在苹果花粉萌发和花粉管生长中的作用 被引量:1

摘要 以‘富士’、‘国光’苹果的花粉为试材,研究肌醇磷脂信息传递系统在苹果花粉萌发和花粉管生长中的作用。结果显示,肌醇磷酸脂酶抑制剂Li+ 、蛋白质激酶抑制剂H7 能显著抑制花粉萌发和花粉管生长,且随其浓度提高,抑制效应增强;Li+ 的效应可被外加肌醇逆转。磷脂酶(PLC)抑制剂新霉素仅在高浓度时显著抑制花粉萌发和花粉管生长。此外,上述抑制剂在高浓度时对花粉萌发的初始阶段具显著的抑制效果。加速磷脂酰肌醇分解的脱氧胆酸钠能显著抑制花粉萌发和花粉管生长,而促进肌醇磷脂降解的2 ,4D的作用很小。由此表明,肌醇磷脂(PI) 信息传递系统可能参与了苹果花粉萌发和花粉管生长过程,并可能在花粉萌发的启动过程中具重要调节作用。 The apple (cv.Fuji and Ralls) pollens were used in this experiment,the results showed that LiCl,an inhibitor of inositol 1 phosphatase,and H 7,an inhibitor of protein kinase C(PKC),inhibited significantly pollen germination and tube growth,and increased inhibitory effects with increasing treatment concentrations.The inhibition of Li + could be overcomed by the addition of inositol.Neomycin,an inhibitor of phospholipase C(PLC),inhibited sigificantly pollen germination and pollen tube growth only at higher concentrations.In addition,above inhibitors could markedly inhibit the early germination phase at the higher treated concentration.Deoxychodeoxycholate Na ,an activator of phosphatidylinositol breakdown,inhibited significantly pollen germination and pollen tube growth,but 2,4 D,which can enhance hydrolysis of phosphoinositide,had slight effects.This results suggested that phosphinositide(PI)signal transduction system may be involved in the pollen germination and pollen tube growth of apple,and play an indispensable role in the regulation of initiation phase of pollen germination.
