摘要
目的总结在社区开展糖尿病健康教育工作经验，做好糖尿病“三级预防”。方法对辖区内已确诊糖尿病人群进行有关对糖尿病基本知识的了解和认识进行问卷调查，然后对上述人群实施系统健康教育及糖尿病防治“五驾马车”的干预，管理一年后，再次进行对糖尿病基本知识的了解和认识进行问卷调查，将管理前后结果进行评价分析。借果实施社区糖尿病健康教育．为早期发现糖尿病、预防并发症发生、降低致残率和致死率，提高患者生活质量具有重要作用。结论实施社区糖尿病健康教育，对做好糖尿病“三级预防”至关重要，应积极推广。
Objective To sum up our experience in health education of diabetes in communities and to improve diabetes ＂tertiary prevention＂. Methods Patients diagnosed with diabetes in appointed communities were chosen for the work. In order to study their basic knowledge on diabetes, a questionnaire was used. Than intervented patients were educated with systematic health knowledge and they were treated with ＂five-carriages＂ procedure about diabetes prevention. After one year of practice, the same questionnaire was used again to evaluate the effect of practice. Results before and after the intervention. Results Health education of diabetes in communities plays an important role in ealier detection of diabetes, complications prevention, reduction in morbidity and mortality and improvement of patients＂ life quality. Conclusions As health education of diabetes in communities is very important in diabetes ＂tertiary prevention＂, we should spread the work.
