摘要
《讲话》站在时代的高度,深刻阐明了鸡西大学在新形势下加强民主管理与民主监督的重要意义,提出了实行民主管理与民主监督的具体措施。《讲话》还集中诠释了"广义"主人翁的内涵,提出要正确处理好国家、集体、个人三者的利益关系,自觉增强主人翁意识,让精细、低碳成为生活习惯,成为生产态度。《讲话》以大思维、大视野、大责任,将主人翁置身于世界、国家、学校的大层面中,那种穿越时空的战略思维必将随着时代的发展愈发闪现其思想的光辉。
The speech expounds profoundly the necessity to strengthen the democratic management and supervision for school affairs under the new circumstance from the height of the times perspective and put forward some concrete steps to exercise democratic management and supervision.The paper explains the connotation of master in a broad sense and offered some suggestions on how to deal with the relations among the nation,the organization and the individuals and how to make the concept of development with low carbon a rule through enhancing the consciousness of master of the college.The paper thinks that understanding of the master should be made from the perspective of macro vision and taking more responsibility and should be examined from the world,the nation and college angles.This strategic thinking would manifest its strategic value with the development of times.
