低温热固型锌–铝复合涂层的研究

摘要 以纳米锌粉、铝粉和马来酸酐(MA)–丙烯酸(AA)共聚物为原料制成水性涂料。研究了铝粉和锌粉的质量比、MA–AA共聚物的用量、固化温度和时间对涂层性能的影响,获得了较佳工艺条件:铝粉与锌粉的质量比为4∶6,MA–AA共聚物的质量分数为60%,在100°C下固化50min。复合涂层性能实验结果表明,在低碳钢表面形成的复合涂层,其中性盐雾试验达300h,冲击强度50kg·cm,附着力0级,硬度9H。 A water-based coating was prepared with nanometer zinc and aluminum powders and maleic anhydride (MA)-acrylic acid (AA) copolymer as raw materials. The effects of the ratio of aluminum powder to zinc powder, dosage of MA-AA, as well as curing temperature and time on coating performance were studied, and the optimal conditions were obtained as follows: ratio of aluminum powder to zinc powder 4:6, mass fraction of MA-AA copolymer 60%, and curing at 100 ℃ for 50 min. Test results demonstrated that the composite coating formed on the surface low carbon steel has features of neutral salt spray testing time 300 h, impact strength 50 kg·cm, adhesion 0 grade and hardness 9H.
