摘要
在实地调查和分析文献资料的基础上,文章重点分析了企业基层员工(新生代农民工)的压力现状、压力来源及形成原因。指出超时加班、日复一日的在流水线重复同一个动作、工作内容缺乏挑战性、企业基层管理者水平低是造成基层员工压力大的主要原因。最后提出基层员工压力管理的具体途径:一是培训基层管理人员,提升他们的心理健康水平和生产管理水平;二是考虑新生代农民工特点,改革传统管理方式;三是关注重点对象;四是成立企业员工压力研究室。
On basis of on-the-spot investigation and analysis philological material, this paper analysised the stress status and the source of stress for junior staff ( the new generation of urban migrant workers). The paper point out in conclusion that stress was mainly associated with overtime work, thousands of worker time to repeat the same action in an assembly line, the work content be short of challenge and lower management level of primary level managers. Finally the paper proposes concrete methods for employee stress management : 1 ) at- tention should be paid to the effective measures to train junior managers and enhance psychological health level and the level of production management, 2) reform the management style and find out new ideas suitable for the new generation of urban migrant workers, 3) focuses on the staff who has excessive stress and 4) set up a specialized body to study the stress of staff.
