摘要
以天然橡胶(NR)为基体,采用T60、T80、乙炔导电炭黑为填充物,研究了导电炭黑填充天然橡胶的力学性能以及对天然橡胶导电性能的影响。并与N330炭黑填充天然橡胶进行对比分析,结果表明:填充导电炭黑对天然橡胶具有一定的补强作用,橡胶的拉伸强度、扯断伸长率、撕裂强度等与N330炭黑填充橡胶相当或超过其性能,硬度高于N330炭黑填充橡胶。导电炭黑天然橡胶的导电性主要取决于导电炭黑的表面性和结构等特性、炭黑的不同用量以及导电炭黑的导电性能。
With NR as matrix,T60,T80 and acetylene black as fillers and N330 as reference object,the mechanical properties of conductive carbon black filled NR and its influence on that of NR were studied.The results show that conductive carbon black filled NR rubber is reinforced in property,its tensile strength,elongation at break and tear strength equal to or exceed the performance of N330 carbon black filled rubber;its hardness is higher than that of the N330 carbon black filled rubber.The conductivity of conductive carbon black/NR composite mainly depends on the surface property,structure and content of conductive carbon black and the electrical conductivity of conductive carbon black in polymer.
