摘要
目的本文在结合我院实际情况分析,希望通过消化内科的合理用药分析及干预工作的过程研究探讨我院合理用药干预的有效路径,从而为全院合理用药干预工作的展开提供有效方法,也为我国合理用药干预工作的进一步深化提供资料。方法前瞻性实证研究和干预前后对比研究。结果长期坚持干预后效果显著。结论通过研究达到降低患者耐药菌发生率、医药费用、提高床位周转率。
Objective This paper analyzes the actual situation in our hospital with the hope that through the rational use of Gastroenterology, analysis and study interventions in the process of rational drug use intervention in our hospital a valid path, so as to interfere with rational use of drugs the hospital to provide an effective method for the commencement of work, but also for rational drug use interventions in China to further deepen the information provided. Methods A prospective empirical research and comparative study before and after intervention. Results insist for a long time after intervention effect is remarkable.Conclusion The study to reduce the incidence of resistant bacteria in patients, medical costs and improve bed turnover rate.
