纳米药物制备工艺与设备研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 纳米药物稳定性好、对胃肠刺激性小、毒副作用小、生物利用度高、具有靶向性和缓释功能等,一直是各国研究的热点,越来越多纳米药物经过规模化生产投入市场。文章介绍了当前国外的纳米药物制备工艺与设备,对其原理、影响因素和应用特点等进行了分析。
