摘要
近年来,越来越多的证据表明过氧化氢(H2O2)和一氧化氮(NO)作为内源信号分子参与植物许多重要的生理过程。概述了H2O2和NO在气孔运动中的作用,特别是二者作为信号分子参与光暗、脱落酸(ABA)、水杨酸(SA)等因子调控的气孔运动,同时也探讨了在此过程中H2O2和NO与其它信号分子如Ca2+,K+,cADPR,cGMP以及蛋白激酶和蛋白磷酸酶等的密切关系。
In recent years, hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) and nitric oxide (NO) have emerged as an important endogenous plant signaling molecules that mediate many developmental and physiological processes. We probed into the roles of H2O2 and NO during stomatal.movement and in particular on their roles as the signaling intermediates involved in the guard cell movements induced by light/dark, abscisic acid (ABA), salicylic acid (SA), and in these cases, there may be a similar link between H2O2/NO and the other signaling molecules such as Ca^2+ , K^+ , cADPR, cGMP, protein kinase and phosphatases.
