摘要
目的观察愈肤欣对慢性感染性伤口的疗效。方法将120例慢性感染性伤口按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,观察组72例,采用愈肤欣治疗;对照组48例,采用皮维碘治疗。结果观察组愈合率和总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.01),治愈时间和显效时间明显短于对照组(P<0.01)。结论愈肤欣治疗感染性伤口痊愈快,疗效显著。
Objective To observe the curative effect of the infection wound use of curiosin.Methods 120 cases with infectious wound were randomly divided into the observed group and the control group.72 cases in the observed group were treated with Curiosin,and 48 cases in the control group with Povidone Lodine Ointment.Results The curative rate and efficient rate of the observed group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P0.01）.The curative time and show effect time of the observed group was significantly shorter than that of the control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Curcosin is very effective to manage the infectious wounds.
