不断提高的生产能力和织机运转速度将辅助工序和中间工序的重要性提高到了前所未有的地步.在织物制造过程中,为了得到和协统一的生产工艺,有必要将工艺的合理化和自动化拓展到这些领域.例如,对由于变换经纱和织物组织而导致的停机频率的研究表明:织前准备工序具有重要地位,在织造车间安排物流工艺时不应忽视.合理的织造车间工序要求从织轴准备到织造的流程中传输和验收工序要简单、简化换经和变换组织的操作,而其中的重要一环是自动穿经.本文介绍一种新的穿经方法.
Rising productivity and ever-faster running weaving machines are putting ever-greater importance on the secondary and intermediate processes. In order to achieve a homogenous production process in fabric manufacturing it is therefore absolutely essential that the processes of ratonalisation and automation be extended also to these areas. The examples of the development of down time frequencies due to warp and style change have shown that weaving preparation has an important status and should not be neglected when planning the material flow in the weaving mill. Optimum sequencing in fabric manufacturing calls for simple transferring and acceptance processes within the flow of material in the weaving mill from warp beam production to weaving room, a streamlined warp and style change and last but not least automatic drawing-in. A new drawing-in ispresented in this article.
