摘要
分别对项目管理技术及项目管理成功因素进行了分析,并根据施工企业项目管理现状,就项目管理技术在施工企业的应用与创新作了重点论述,以达到加强和完善施工企业项目管理的目的。
This paper analyzes project management technology and successful factors for project management,and mainly discusses the application and innovation of project management technology in construction enterprises according to project management status of construction enterprises,so as to achieve the purpose of strengthening and improving project management of construction enterprises.
