结合建筑工程项目特点,介绍了工程风险管理的概念和内容,从工程风险的种类及特点入手,阐述了工程管理者应提高对工程风险的认识,并改善对待风险的态度,从而减少风险损失,提高工程效益。
Integrating with building engineering project properties,it introduces the concept and content of engineering risk management.Starting from project risk types and features,it illustrates that project manager should improve understanding on project risks and improve attitudes toward risks,so as to reduce risk loss and improve project benefits.
