摘要
机械损伤会直接降低水果蔬菜的品质。讨论了水平蔬菜的机械损伤以及对冲击和振动的响应,还应当进一步用包装动力学的方法研究有关减少其机械损伤的问题。
The quality of furit and vegetalbe is directly lowered by their mechanical damage.Mechanical damage of fruit and vegetable and their response to impact and vibration are discussed,and further study on the reduction of mechanical damage should be conducted by dynamics of package cushining.
