摘要
本文根据国家人造板质量监督检验中心近几年大量的检验数据，统计分析了我国三层实木复合地板的质量现状。结果是：１）８０％的产品甲醛释放量值在１０ｍｇ／１００ｇ以内；２）８０％的产品胶合强度平均值达到０．５０ＭＰａ以上；３）７０％的产品浸渍剥离性能达到ＡＮＳＩ／ＨＰＭＡＬＨＦ－１９８７规定的要求，８０％的产品浸渍剥离性能达到ＪＡＳＮｏ．９５５－１９９１规定的要求；４）７０％的产品磨耗值在０．０８ｇ以下。
Based on the latest testing date provided by National Center for Supervision and Testing Quality of Woodbased Panels,this paper deals with the quality of 3ply parquet made in China.The result showed:1)the formaldehyde emission of 80 percent of the products was less than 10 mg/100g; 2)the bonding strength of 80 percent of the products was higher than 050 MPa; 3)the glue bond test of 70 percent of the products achieved ANSI/HPMA LHF1987;80 percent achieved JAS No.9551991; 4)the abrasion value of 70 percent of the products was less than 008 g.
