摘要
选取不同地区不同立地条件的5个品系的85个欧美杨样品,用相同的AS-AQ法工艺条件制浆、相同的打浆转数后进行抄片,并测定抄片的定量、白度以及抗张指数、撕裂指数、耐破指数,同时采集样品的近红外谱图,结合样品的实测值和谱图,用偏最小二乘法和完全交互验证方式建立近红外光谱模型。结果表明,纸张定量的校正模型的相关系数R为0.8824,RMSECR为1.150,纸张定量验证模型的相关系数R为0.8299,预测均方根RMSEP为1.170;纸张白度校正模型和验证模型的相关系数R分别为0.9621、0.9612,交差验证均方根RMSECR为0.997,预测均方根RMSEP为1.300,纸张白度与纸张近红外光谱之间有较强的相关性;欧美杨纸张的抗张指数、撕裂指数和耐破指数的预测模型中,抗张指数校正模型和预测模型的相关系数分别为0.8517和0.8008,校正标准差和预测标准差分别为1.090和1.070;撕裂指数的校正模型和预测模型的相关系数分别为0.8659和0.8149,校正标准差和预测标准差分别为0.594和0.618;耐破指数校正模型和预测模型的相关系数分别为0.8684和0.8698,校正标准差和预测标准差分别为0.135和0.194。说明这5个纸张性能指标与近红外光谱数据间存在较好的相关性,可以用近红外光谱分析法预测欧美杨纸张性能。
Five Populus×euramericana of different kinds of soil from three regions were used to evaluate the paper properties(including basis weight,brightness,mechanical properties such as tensile index,tearing index and bursting index),furthermore,at the same AS-AQ cooking condition and the same PFI revolutions.Near-infrared reflectance spectroscopy(NIR)of each sample was collected,the raw spectra was pretreated,then combined with partial least squares(PLS)method and the fully-interactive authentication methods to establish paper properties model of NIR.The results showed that the coefficients of correlation(R)of calibration and validation for basis weight were 0.882 4 and 0.829 9,the standard error of calibration(SEC)and the standard error of prediction(SEP)were 1.150 and 1.170.As for brightness,the values for R of calibration and validation were 0.9621 and 0.9612,while the SEC and SEP were 0.997 and 1.300,the paper brightness and near infrared spectroscopy was high correlation.NIR was used to rapidly predict tensile index,tearing index and bursting index of the paper samples.It was found that these paper properties fitted by NIR and national standard methods were high correlation.ese results revealed that the five paper properties of Populus× euramericana and NIR model have high correlation,so the NIR could be used for the paper properties prediction.
