摘要
文章认为信息组织包括三重境界:序化、优化、美化。信息组织的基本内容是信息的序化,即依据信息的某种属性,将信息按照相应规则排列而呈现出一种序列状态。但信息组织工作还应该将信息去粗取精、去伪存真,以提高信息质量,实现信息的价值增值,即优化信息。信息构建理论的提出,使得信息组织的美化作用得到加强,即信息组织的结果还要以令人愉悦的视觉效果予以呈现。
This paper believes that information organization includes the triple levels： ordering, optimization, and beautification. The basic contents of information organization is to order information, that is arranging information in accordance with certain rules and presents a sequence of states, according to certain attributes, but information organization should also reconstruct information, discarding the dross and selecting the essential, eliminating the false and retaining the true, in order to make information quality improved and information value added, that is to optimize information. The theory of information architecture puts new meaning into information organization, which is the beautification of information organization which is the result of information organization must have a pleasing visual presentation.
