摘要
为了精确评价车身曲面品质,在综合考虑曲面精度和光顺性的基础上,确定了汽车车身曲面品质的评价因素集。采用层次分析法确定各个评价因素的权值,利用模糊分析与人工神经网络相结合的方法建立了汽车车身曲面品质分析模型。经训练测试,验证了该评价模型的准确性。
To evaluate the quality of automobile surfaces precisely,on the basis of considering both of precision and smoothness,a factor set of evaluation was determined.Using analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to determine weights of the evaluation factors,combining with fuzzy analysis and artificial neural network,the quality evaluation model of automobile surfaces was established.After training and testing,the results prove that the model is accurate.
