摘要
阐述了跨国公司的经营方法和发展战略对我国化工行业改革的启示:联合生产经营,形成规模优势;转变管理模式,实行专营区域管理;注重技术改进,加快技术引进后的吸收消化工作;转变经营战略,强化核心业务;以市场供求为导向,寻找新的经济增长点;精简机构,大幅降低成本。
Based on introducing successful experiences and management in multinational chemical corporations,the author presents some suggestions that China chemical enterprises should be taken in order to increase their competitive advantages.The suggestions includes the following points:Combining production and management to create an advantage in scale,changing administration model and practice specialized supply administration,focus on improvement of advanced techniques and accelerate digestion and absorption of imported technology,change the management strategies and enhance core business trade.look for new economic increasing points based on the regulate supply and demand,simpler the administration and low the capital,etc.
