摘要
针对铸渗浇铸中直接影响铸渗层质量的增强颗粒润湿性的问题,实验研究了表面改性WC增强颗粒的包覆处理方法以及包覆处理对硬度和耐磨性的影响。研究表明,经包覆处理后,试样较未处理试样的铸渗层厚度增加1.68倍;表层硬度有一定提高,铸渗层中部显微硬度最高达到2400HV;耐磨性较未处理试样提高18%。
Aiming at the problems which affect the quality and particles wettability of cast layer in infiltration casting,the surface modification of WC particle reinforced coating approach was studied.The effects of coating treatment on the hardness and wear resistance were researched.The results show that,the thickness of the coated samples after the treatment is increased by 1.68 times compared with untreated samples;the surface hardness has a certain increase,the hardness of cast middle layer reaches 2400 HV,the wear resistance is increased by 18% compared with original samples.
