摘要
胃癌是常见恶性肿瘤,全球每年有700 349例患者死于胃癌，显著高于结肠癌、乳腺癌和前列腺癌等其他实体瘤。随着肿瘤治疗进入靶向治疗时代，化疗药物与分子靶向药物组成的新型联合方案日益成为晚期胃癌治疗的研究热点。
