磁共振胰胆管成像在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的意义 被引量：12

摘要 自1987年法国Phillipe Mouret医生首次实施人体LC成功以来，以其创伤小、恢复快等优点迅速在全世界得以普及、推广与提高。然而随着LC广泛地应用，其并发症（胆漏、出血和胆道损伤等）在逐年增高，其中胆道损伤是最严重的并发症。胆道变异的存在增加了胆管损伤的机会，因此术前了解胆囊管的变异情况有着十分重要的意义。
