摘要
YC6J系列汽缸盖原先采用非整体浸涂工艺,即各砂芯分别浸涂烘干后再进行组芯,其操作工序多而繁琐,而且浸涂质量得不到很好的保证。通过在射水道芯里放置特制芯骨,实现组芯整体浸涂工艺,不仅提高砂芯组表面浸涂质量,而且还有效降低了射水道芯的断芯废品率,从而改善了铸件内腔质量。
The previous process of YC6J cylinder head casting is that the cores dip coated and baked separately, then assembled together. It was a quite complex process and the quality was unstable. With a special core rod in water jacket sand core, the cores were assembled together before dip coating. The surface quality of sand core has been improved. The reject rate by broken cores has been reduced, thus the improvement of water jacket quality.
