摘要
分别提取啤酒酵母(Saccharomycescerevisiae),热带假丝酵母(Candidatropicalis)及八胞裂殖酵母(Schizosacchromycesoctosporus)的胞壁多糖,并通过血清学试验及理化测试。
Cell-wall-polysaccharides were extracted from three yeasts Sacchromyces cerevisiae,Candidatropicalis and Schizosacchromyces octosporus and the relationship of the three cell-wall-polysacchrides was observed by some serological tests and chemical composition analysis.
