摘要
分析了影响摆线钢球行星减速器设计的主要因素,建立了以体积最小、效率最高为目标的优化设计数学模型。采用遗传算法,应用Matlab遗传工具箱进行优化,优化设计结果优于传统设计结果,表明遗传优化设计方法的可行性和准确性。从而为摆线钢球行星减速器优化设计提供一定的理论和方法。
The major factors affecting the design of cycloid ball planetary reducer is analyzed,the mathematical model of optimization design based on the smallest and highest efficiency is established.By using genetic algorithm and optimizing through the application of the Matlab genetic toolbox,the optimization design is superior to the traditional design results,the feasibility and accuracy of the genetic optimal design is showed.Theory and method for optimization design of cycloid ball planetary reducer are provided.
