摘要
尽管我国FDI在绝对值上有了很大提升,我国产业结构中仍存在许多不合理的问题。文章运用2005~2008年中国35个工业行业的面板数据,对FDI在中国的水平、前向和后向技术溢出关联效应进行了检验和分析。实证结果表明：FDI的水平关联溢出效应为负,而行业间的垂直关联溢出效应并不显著。这一结论对于外资引导与利用、相关产业政策的制订有着重要的参考价值。
Although the volume of FDI has been greatly enhanced,there still exist some problems and irrational status quo in China＇s industrial structure.Whether has FDI produced significant vertical and horizontal correlation effects to relevant domestic enterprises？ Which effect is more obvious？ In this paper,the forward and backward technology spillover effects are tested and analyzed by the panel data including 35 industrial sectors during the years of 2005~2008.The empirical results show that the horizontal spillover effects from FDI are negative while the spillover effects from intra-industry are not significant.This conclusion will shed light on the guidance and the utilization of foreign capital,and the policy formulation of related industries.
