摘要
以冬小麦品种晋麦47、杂交品系2912、07DZ24和07DZ29为试材,在田间条件下,从光合日变化和光响应曲线角度研究各品种(系)开花期旗叶的光合参数及荧光参数。结果表明,晋麦47和07DZ29的净光合速率(Pn)日变化呈单峰曲线;2912和07DZ24呈双峰曲线,且07DZ29的Pn高于其他品种(系)。晋麦47和2912表观光合电子传递速率(ETR)日变化呈双峰曲线,PSⅡ实际光化学量子产量(Yield)日变化呈"V"型;07DZ24和07DZ29的ETR日变化呈单峰曲线,Yield日变化呈"W"型,说明这2个品系利用光能效率较高。07DZ29光响应曲线的净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)和蒸腾速率(Tr)均最大,其光响应曲线特征参数中的最大净光合速率(Amax)、表观量子产量(AQY)和光合有效辐射区间(光饱和点与光补偿点的差值)也高于其他品种(系),表现出明显的光合优势,但其叶片、叶鞘和茎中可溶性糖和淀粉含量显著低于其他品种(系)。2912光响应曲线的净光合速率(Pn)和气孔导度(Gs)均最小,其光饱和曲线特征参数中的最大净光合速率(Amax)、表观量子产量(AQY)和光合有效辐射区间也明显小于其他品种(系),表现出较弱的光合潜力,然而,其叶和叶鞘单位质量可溶性糖含量却显著高于其他品种(系)。
In the terms of light response curve and photosynthetic diurnal variation,photosynthetic and fluorescent parameters of flag leaves in flowering phase of winter wheat variety Jinmai 47 and lines 2912,07DZ24,07DZ29 were compared in the field conditions.The results demonstrated that diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate(Pn) of Jinmai 47 and 07DZ29 was single-peak curve,while Pn diurnal variation of 2912 and 07DZ24 was double-peak curve.Pn diurnal variation of 07DZ29 was higher than other varieties(lines),which was consistent with the result of light response curve.Diurnal variation of apparent photosynthetic electron transport rate(ETR) in Jinmai 47 and 2912 revealed double-peak curve,diurnal variation of the actual PSⅡ efficiency of light capture(Yield) revealed V-type;Diurnal variation of ETR in 07DZ24 and 07DZ29 showed single-peak curve,diurnal variation of Yield showed W-type,indicating that the light use efficiency of 07DZ24 and 07DZ29 was higher.The values of light response curves of Pn,stomata conductance(Gs),transpiration rate(Tr) in 07DZ29 are maximum,and maximum net photosynthetic rate(Amax),apparent quantum yield(AQY),the range of photosynthetic active radiation(the range of light saturation point(LSP) and light compensation point(LCP)) are higher than other varieties(lines),meaning a significant photosynthetic advantage.But,the contents of soluble sugar and starch in leaf,leaf sheath,stalk of 07DZ29 are lower than other varieties(lines).The values of light response curves of Pn,Gs in 2912 are minimum,and Amax,AQY,the range of photosynthetic active radiation are lower than other varieties(lines),meaning a weaker photosynthetic capacity,however,the contents in unit weight of soluble sugar in leaf and leaf sheath are higher than other varieties(lines).
