摘要
给出了四段组合式变螺距螺旋线的数学模型,提出了一种绘制变螺距螺杆螺旋槽的解析作图法,并通过Mat-lab开发了绘制螺旋槽的图形用户界面,利用Pro/E的扫描混合功能,构造了变螺距螺杆的三维实体模型,并通过AD-AMS进行了运动仿真分析,证明了设计的变螺距螺杆与供送件不会发生干涉,运行平稳,仿真结果与理论数据相吻合,验证了模型建立的正确性。为今后变螺距螺杆的设计提供了理论依据。
Mathematical model of the 4-segment variable pitch helix is given,a kind of analytic method for drawing variable pitch screw spiral scroll is putted forward,and graph user interface of drawing variable pitch screw spiral scroll is developed through MATLAB.3-Dimensional model is established by scan mixed function of PRO/E.Motion simulation by ADAMS shows that the variable pitch screw does not interference with delivering and moves stably,simulation result supports with the theoretic data well,and correctives of model establishment is certified.A theoretical basis is provided for the future design of the variable pitch screw.
