摘要
采用IC反应器处理OCC造纸废水,研究了常温、不同HRT下的厌氧颗粒污泥特性。结果表明,当HRT为8.3h时,OCC造纸废水比例按10%、30%、50%、80%、100%递增,经过20d的运行,造纸废水完全取代了人工配制废水,且出水COD值保持在500mg/L以下,颗粒污泥驯化完成。用造纸废水驯化后的污泥,其沉降速度在25.02~98.96m/h之间,污泥浓度SS为66.5g/L、VSS为44.69g/L,VSS/SS值为67.2%。随着HRT的缩短,颗粒污泥的平均粒径先增大后减小,SS和VSS都呈先上升后下降的趋势。当HRT为5.5h时,SS和VSS均达到最大,分别为75.2和55.42g/L,VSS/SS值为73.7%。在胞外多聚物中,蛋白质的含量较高,蛋白质与多糖的比值在1.33~2.78之间。随着HRT的逐渐缩短,颗粒污泥的产甲烷活性先是大大降低而后逐渐稳定,辅酶F420含量与产甲烷活性的变化趋势相同。
The characteristic of anaerobic granular sludge in internal circulation (IC) reactor treating OCC papermaking wastewater was studied at normal temperature and different HRTs. At the HRT of 8.3 h, the proportion of the wastewater is increased to 10% , 30% , 50% , 80% and 100%. After 20 days, the wastewater from OCC system is substituted for the synthetic wastewater completely and the effluent COD is maintained below 500 mg/L. In this case, the acclimation of anaerobic granular sludge is completed. After acclimation, the settling velocity of the sludge is in the range of 25.02 to 98.96 m/h, SS is 66.5 g/L, VSS is 44.69 g/L and VSS/SS is 67.2%. With the decrease of HRT, the average particle size is increased firstly and then reduced, which is the same as SS and VSS. When HRT is 5.5 h, SS and VSS reach the maximum, being 75.2 g/L and 55.42 g/L respectively, and VSS/SS is 73.7%. For the extraeellular polymeric substances (EPS) , the protein content is higher, and the ratio of protein to polysaccharide is between 1.33 and 2.78. Specific methanogenic activity (SMA) of granular sludge is significantly reduced firstly and then gradually stable. Coenzyme F420 in granular sludge shows the same trend.
