摘要
目的观察子宫颈良性异常微波治疗后,应用康复新液联合妇洁栓对宫颈创面愈合的疗效。方法 460例宫颈良性异常患者,随机分为2组,每组230例。治疗组微波治疗后阴道联合应用康复新液、妇洁栓,对照组仅作微波治疗,观察两组治疗后宫颈创面愈合、阴道排液、出血等情况。结果 12周末时治疗组、对照组一次治愈率分别为97.39%、90.43%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组第1、2周的脱痂过程短,术后2、3、4周上皮覆盖过程明显优于对照组,两组有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。治疗组阴道排液量明显减少,平均排液时间18d,对照组30d;治疗组阴道平均出血时间(8.13±2.31)d,对照组(14.67±2.95)d,两组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论子宫颈良性异常微波治疗后,应用康复新液联合妇洁栓对减少阴道排液、出血及创面的修复起到了积极的作用,简便易行,疗效可靠。
Objective To observe curative effect of cervical nonmalignant abnormity which treated by kangfuxin liquid and fujieshuan （adsorption of vaginal inflammation suppository ）cooperating with microwave. Methods Vaginas of patients in treating group were stuffed cotton ball with tail which dipped by kangfuxin liquid and 0.5% iodophor after cervical nonmalignant abnormity having been cured by microwave, and used them everynight for 12 days. Observe concrescence of cervix and bad reaction. Results Once curative ratio of treating group was 97.39% untill the end of the 12th week after curing, and that of control group was 90.43%. There were difference between two groups（P 0.05）. It was short that decrustation after one week and two week in treating group; Epidermic bestrows in treating group were better obviously than those in control group after two week and three week and four week after curing. There were significant difference between two groups（P 0.01）. The number of the liquid fiowing from vagina in treating group reduced obviously after operating. The time of the liquid flowing was 18 days averagely in treating group and 30 days in control group. Time of bleeding from vagina was （8.13±2.31）days averagely in treating group and （14.67±2.95）days averagely in control group separately. There were significant difference between two groups（P 0.05）. Conclusion Kangfuxin liquid and fujieshuan have accumulate effects in shortening bleeding and liquid flowing, repairing surface of the wound treated by microwave. This method is simple and easy to do. It’s curative effect is credible.
