摘要
从组织的发展趋势以及与多Ａｇｅｎｔ系统的比较出发，指出组织理论与ＭＡＳ可以相互借鉴；对组织决策的分析指出组织智能对组织决策的重要性；在此基础上。
The trend of organizaiton is studied. By comparison with organizational theory, multi agent system (MAS) can be embedded into the study of organizational theory and organizational decision making. According to the analysis of organizational intelligence, the importance of organizational intelligence to organizational decision making is emphasized. A structural model of ODSS based on MAS in the organizational environment is proposed.
