摘要
对锅炉水冷壁管失效机理作一般分析,总结出五大类16 种水冷壁管失效机理,并分析导致水冷壁横向裂纹的主要原因.使用面向对象的方法对水冷壁管故障诊断问题进行分析,研究了基于产生式规则、适合于不精确推理的规则表达方法,给出了诊断推理过程中的规则匹配及置信度传递算法,采用简便合理的数据结构,使用C语言实现了规则的表示和推理机制.给出了一个用Borland C+ + for Window s
The safety and economy of boilers in power plant have been influenced by water wall leakage. 5 kinds,16 types of water wall fault have been detailed presented. On the basis of water wall experiments, the authors carefully analyzed the cause of transverse crackle. In order to establish boiler expert system of fault diagnosis, the authors employed object oriented methodology to carry out detailed analysis on boiler pipe fault diagnostic problems. The studies of rule based knowledge representation for diagnosis and corresponding strategy for knowledge acquisition and diagnostic inferences with C language using proper data structures were made. A software system boiler expert system of fault diagnosis was realized, which was composed using Borland C ++ for windows.
