18F-FDG符合线路显像诊断甲状腺滤泡状癌颈内静脉癌栓一例 被引量：2

摘要 患者女，40岁，双侧甲状腺滤泡状癌在外院手术后4个月余，因拟行131I治疗而入本院。体格检查：神志清楚，颈前部见长约7cm手术瘢痕，左侧颈部可触及一大小1cm×1cm肿大淋巴结．心、肺、腹无异常。甲状腺功能测定：灵敏促甲状腺激素3．63（正常参考值0．34～5．6）mU／L，游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸4．99（正常参考值3．85～6．01）pmol／L，游离甲状腺素6．95（正常参考值7．85-15．70）pmol／L，甲状腺球蛋白448．0（正常参考值〈35．0）μg／L，甲状腺球蛋白抗体64100．0（正常参考值〈4110．0）U／L。
