摘要
对采用超高压烧结工艺,在不同烧结温度(保温时间均为240s)下制作的Si3N4陶瓷,用X射线衍射仪对其相结构变化进行了分析研究,发现超高压烧结的Si3N4陶瓷可以在较低温度下瞬间完成从α相向β相的转变过程.
The Si 3N 4 ceramic was sintered by superhigh pressure method under different temperature and analyzied by the Xray diffraction technigue.The results show that the Si 3N 4 ceramic transforms promptly from α Si 3N 4 to β Si 3N 4 at 1 340℃.This transfomation temperature is lower than that of those obtained by other sintering methods.
