摘要
比较了304L不锈钢粉末在不同压力下温压成形与冷压成形的生坯密度和生坯强度,并研究了烧结温度对304L粉末烧结性能的影响。试验结果表明,304L不锈钢粉末的温压生坯密度和生坯强度都高于冷压生坯密度和强度。在800 MPa的压制压力下,304L的温压生坯密度为7.07 g.cm-3,比冷压提高了0.24 g.cm-3,生坯强度为35.6 MPa,比冷压提高了22.8%。在1 300℃温度下真空烧结后,304L不锈钢粉末压坯的密度为7.50 g.cm-3,抗拉强度为471 MPa,延伸率为47.7%,硬度为65 HRB。
The experiments aim to compare both the green density and strength of 304L stainless steel powders formed respectively by warm and cold compaction under different pressures and to study the effects of sintering temperatures on sintered properties.Results show that both the green density and strength formed by warm compaction are higher than those formed by cold compaction.Under the pressure of 800 Mpa,the green density of warm compaction is 7.07 g·cm-3,0.24 g·cm-3 higher than that of cold one.The green strength of warm compaction is 35.6 MPa and higher than that of the cold one by 22.8%.After sintered in vacuum at 1 300℃,the sintered density of 304L sample is found to be 7.50 g·cm-3,the tensile strength,471 MPa,the elongation,47.7% and its hardness,65 HRB.
