摘要
对台山核电站欧洲压水反应堆核电机组的汽轮机房行车布置特点进行了分析。由于发电机定子和汽水分离再热器(moisture separator reheater,MSR)不使用主行车吊装,因此设置了起吊能力较大的主行车和起吊能力较小的辅助行车;由于MSR为立式布置,因此将行车分为上、下2层布置。与CPR1000核电机组、常规1 000MW火力发电机组的汽轮机房行车相比,该行车设计方案可节约投资,提高检修效率。
The paper analyzes characteristics of crane arrangement in turbine house of nuclear units of European pressurised reactor (EPR) in Taishan nuclear power plant. The stator and moisture separator reheater (MSR) employ no main crane for lifting, hence main crane with higher capacity and auxiliary crane with lower capacity are provided. Because of vertical collocation of MSR, the crane collocation comprises the upper layer and lower layer. Compared with cranes in turbine houses of CPR 1000 nuclear power units and general 1000 MW thermal power units, the design scheme for the crane can save investment and promote maintenance efficiency.
