摘要
目的通过比较奶母果瘿果和花序托的补肾壮阳作用,确定奶母果补肾壮阳的药用部位。方法以肾阳虚大鼠性腺脏器指数和血清雌二醇(E2)、睾酮(T)水平及E2/T比值为指标,确定奶母果补肾壮阳的药用部位。结果奶母果2个部位都有一定的补肾壮阳作用,瘿果治疗组血清T水平显著高于模型对照组和花序托组(P<0.05)。结论奶母果补肾壮阳的作用部位瘿果较好,花序托次之。
Objective To compare the effects on invigorating kidney and strengthened yang of two sections of fruits from Ficus pumila L. Methods Sexual organs of mice with insufficiency of kidney-yang were weighed to analyze the levels of serum testosterone （ T）, estradiol （ E2 ）, and the ratio of estradiol to testosterone （E2/T）, to select the parts used for medicine. Results Aqueous extracts of two parts of fruits of Ficus pumila L. had significant effects, the level of serum testosterone in the group administered with aqueous extract of the syconium fruits of Ficus pumila L. are higher than those in the control group and the group administered with the aqueous extract of receptacles of inflorescence. Conclusion The effects on invigorating kidney and strengthened yang of aqueous extract of syconium fruits of Ficus pumila L. was better those of aqueous extract of receptacle of inflorescence of Ficus pumila L.
