摘要
总结261例阴囊急症患儿的发病原因、就诊时间及护理措施。本组患儿中94例行睾丸切除,其中睾丸扭转患儿71例;发病到就诊时间在8 h之内的患儿,睾丸切除率最低,为18.5%。患儿入院后立即行禁食等术前准备,为挽救睾丸争取时间;术前集中各项操作,术后采用镇痛泵、垫高阴囊等措施缓解患儿疼痛;指导患儿阴囊睾丸急性疼痛一定要及早告知家长,已切除一侧睾丸的患儿更需特别警惕;注重对患儿及其家属的心理护理,安抚紧张、焦虑情绪,注意尊重并保护患儿的隐私。本组患儿及家长能够积极配合治疗和护理工作,预后良好。
This paper summarized causes,visiting time and nursing of acute scrotum of 261 children patients.There were 94 cases of orchiectomy including 71 cases of testicular torsion in the study.For Children who were sent to hospital within 8 hours,resection incidence of testis reached the lowest,accounting for 18.5%.Once children admitted,preoperative preparations were carried out and postoperative measures such as the application of analgesia pump,raising of testis were taken to alleviate the pain.Early report of acute pain of testis from children to their parents was expected.Psychological nursing could relieve patients＇ nervousness.There were coordination from children and parents and good prognosis in this study.
