农业机械化的快速推进,在其体系发展的同时,作为农村生产力重要要素,带来了农村一系列新变革。为此,论述农业机械化发展情况,指出农机产业得以迅速推进,着重阐述农村一系列新的变革,提出农业机械化科学发展对策。
