摘要
用撞击感度仪、摩擦感度仪和静电火花感度仪研究了几种导电聚合物及其复配对浇注高能AP/Al/CMDB推进剂感度的影响;初步探讨了导电聚合物降低推进剂感度的机理。结果表明,研究所涉及的导电聚合物均可降低推进剂的撞击感度、摩擦感度和静电火花感度,其中PER和BAZ的效果较好;同时表明,PER和BAZ的复配具有明显的协同效应,其复配物降低推进剂的撞击感度、摩擦感度和静电火花感度的效果明显优于单一导电聚合物,其中质量比为2∶8的PER和BAZ复配物的效果最佳。导电聚合物使推进剂的比热容和导电性能增强是导电聚合物降低推进剂感度的可能原因。
The effects of conductive polymers on sensitivities of cast high-energy composite modified double base propellant containing ammonium perchlorate(AP) and aluminium powder(Al)(AP/Al/CMDB propellant) were studied by impact,friction and static spark sensitivity apparatus.At the same time,the effect mechanism of conductive polymer on reducing sensitivities of the propellant was also analyzed.It was shown that all of the conductive polymers involved in this study can reduce the impact,friction and static spark sensitivities of the propellant,among which the effects of PER and BAZ on reducing the sensitivities is better than those of the other polymers.Additionally,the mixtures of PER and BAZ have remarkable synergistic effects of reducing the sensitivities of AP/Al/CMDB propellant in that their effects are better than those of single conductive polymer,PER or BAZ.At the same time,the mixture with the mass ratio 2∶8 of PER and BAZ has best performance than that of other mixture.The increase in specific heat conductivity and improvement of conductivity of the propellant by adding those polymers is the probable causes of reducing the sensitivity of the propellants.
