耐多药结核病诊治进展 被引量:8

摘要 介绍 随着耐药结核菌耐药范围不断扩大,广泛耐药结核病逐渐成为全球健康问题。耐多药结核病治疗难度大、费用高,在许多地区甚至无法治愈[1]。随着HIV流行导致院内耐多药结核病例数量激增,耐多药结核病的流行及二线抗结核药物广泛应用和使用不当,是目前耐多药结核病产生的关键因素。
