摘要
近年来,随着市场经济的完善和加入WTO以后市场竞争的加剧,行业协会功能日益增强,无论是对企业、政府还是社会都具有非常重要的意义,这也正是我们急需完善行业协会外部环境的重要原因。文章对行业协会的法律环境、政府环境以及企业环境进行了分析,并针对性提出若干建议,以促进行业协会更快、更健康地发展。
In recent years,with the improvement of market economy and the more intense competition after joining the WTO,the function of Industry Associations is growing stronger,whether for business,government or society has very important meaning,that＇s why we urgently need to improve the external environment of Industry Associations.This paper analyzed the legal environment,government environment and business environment for Industry Associations,and pertinently brought forward a number of proposals to accelerate a faster and more healthy development of Industry Associations.
