摘要 目的:探讨三维重建技术在颅内动脉瘤栓塞治疗中的应用价值。方法:对67例患者的79个不同部位的动脉瘤,利用三维重建技术提供的信息来指导栓塞治疗,并与常规DSA相比较。结果:三维重建技术能够清晰显示所有动脉瘤的载瘤动脉、瘤体、瘤颈及载瘤动脉和毗邻血管的关系,比常规DSA具有明显优势。结论:三维重建对动脉瘤治疗适应证的判断、弹簧圈的选择、假性动脉瘤的诊断等具有重要价值。 Objective To explore the application value of three-dimensional reconstruction for the treatment of intracranial aneurysms embolization.Methods For the 79 aneurysms of 67 patients,the information offered by the three-dimensional reconstruction guided the embolization treatment and the results were compared with that by conventional DSA.Results Three-dimensional reconstruction showed the relationship clearly between all aneurysms of the artery containing the aneurysm,tumor,aneurysm neck and adjacent vessels.It had obvious advantage over conventional DSA.Conclusion Three-dimensional reconstruction of the aneurysms is significant to determine the treatment of indications,the choice of coil,and the diagnosis of pseudouneurysm.
