辛通畅络法干预系膜增生性肾炎大鼠肾小球细胞外基质积聚的实验研究 被引量：1

摘要 目的:观察辛通畅络法对系膜增生性肾炎(MsPGN)大鼠肾小球ECM增殖的影响。方法:胸腺细胞抗体注射法诱发大鼠MsPGN动物模型,以辛通畅络法的载体中药复方肾苏Ⅱ为治疗药物,贝那普利为对照药物进行干预。于治疗第6周末,进行免疫组化检测,观察肾小球ECM积聚程度及其主要成分表达。结果:治疗第6周末,免疫组化结果显示,中、西药组均可抑制肾小球系膜细胞及基质增殖,降低FN、LN及ColⅣ表达,且中药组干预ECM过度积聚的疗效较西药组具整体优势。结论:辛通畅络法可抑制肾小球ECM过度积聚,延缓肾小球纤维化进展。
